Please read the following terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on this platform. By using the service, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1. General Rules
vb8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides various entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between vb8 and its members.
All services provided on this platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, basketball betting and other games — are governed by these terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also considered part of this agreement.
vb8 reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on vb8, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

- Active mobile number
- Email address

2.2 Identity Verification
vb8 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. A clear photo of a National ID card, passport or any government-approved identity document may be required.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact our support team immediately.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
All services on vb8 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gaming activity.
If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be closed and all deposited and winnings funds will be forfeited. vb8 reserves the right to use any appropriate method to verify age.
In addition, the following persons may not open an account:
- Those who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme
- vb8 employees or their immediate family members
- Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited under local law
4. Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on vb8 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). After each successful deposit, the balance is generally credited promptly.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Certain conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Account verification must be complete
- Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
4.3 Account Currency
All transactions on vb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not supported.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.
5.2 Other Promotions
vb8 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific rules. General bonus terms and conditions are listed below:
- Only one bonus may be active at a time
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met
- The maximum bet amount per round using bonus funds may be limited
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is not permitted
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member
- vb8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time
5.3 VIP Programme
The vb8 VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid weekly on net losses: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold and up to 1.5% for Platinum. All decisions regarding VIP tiers and the cashback programme are made at vb8's sole discretion.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to an internet issue or technical error, the last state acknowledged by the system will be considered final.
6.2 Cancelled and Suspended Events
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets on that event will be settled according to vb8's established rules. Bets on cancelled matches are generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the circumstances.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a software or hardware fault causes an abnormal outcome in any game or bet, vb8 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake. vb8 will not be liable for any financial loss in such cases.
6.4 Odds and Probability
Published odds are subject to change. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Displayed odds do not guarantee future outcomes.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Misusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus arbitrage
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Coordinating bets with other members to create artificial outcomes
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or illegal activities
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Threatening or harassing other members or staff
- Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by vb8
vb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account without notice, particularly in cases of breach of these terms. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may not be returned.
8.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before requesting closure, all active bonuses and wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonuses must be cancelled.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, a maintenance fee may be deducted from the account balance, though the balance will not go below zero.
9. Limitation of Liability
vb8 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- If a transaction fails due to loss of internet connection
- If an account is compromised due to a third-party attack or hacking (where the member has disclosed their own information)
- If the service is temporarily disrupted due to technical issues
- If financial loss results from gaming or betting — this is entirely at the user's own risk
- If the service is used in a manner that conflicts with applicable local law
vb8's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Information is collected as necessary for member identity verification, fraud prevention and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is shared with third parties only when required by law or for the operation of the service.

11. Responsible Gaming

vb8 reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members, though this is not mandatory.
12.2 Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect without that part.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together form the complete agreement between vb8 and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by these.
